Most well rounded. Arkansas. Good basketball, good baseball, good football, good track and field, good hippie women.

In terms of tradition or total athletic programs or job.
Alabama clearly is the best football program traditionally and Kentucky in basketball.
Florida is the best total athletic program in all sports.
Florida is the best job as well; too many built in advantages with location , recruiting, and academics.

We have the most NCAA and SEC titles.

UF is the best overall program, but y'all don't have the most NCAA titles. Do believe y'all are the only program with over 200 SEC titles.
LSU though, is the only program with 10+ SEC titles in the 3 big sports.(tournament titles don't count)

So, you proved my point. LSU and Arky have 42(counting football we have more), UF 28.
I also believe LSU has the most consecutive national titles in the same sport.(could be wrong on that)

You're only counting team titles.

You'd have to somehow define the criteria. It is obviously more than just football, but if you just add up numbers then you have a track star or swimmer accounting for multiple of titles while your football and basketball teams account for one.
I tend to think the answer is Florida.

Depends on what's important to you
Football?
Baseball?
Basketball?
Overall Sports?
Golf?
Volleyball?
Lacrosse?
Academics? {hahaha)
Even badminton maybe?
Perspective and bias are going to dictate these answers from most. Alabama is the SEC's best known CFB power, and this has strengthen with Bama's success under Saban lately. What's most SEC Ranters take on this? Oh yeah, "Order restored!!!!" (Those were funny times). Now overall, I'd think Florida has to be top dog here because their overall sports program is amazing. Kudos to Florida for having all that, and that's not an easy thing to do. But..... I bet many Florida fans would trade that overall sports glory. Just to have Spurrier, Smith, Tebow, and Meyer like glory football days back again. Like I said "Perspective" changes everything. Boy, Smith was one bad-to-the-bone RB and deserves all the credit he receives.

I think several other posters have listed reasonable answers.
The best school is clearly Vandy
The best program depends on what type of program.
Football: Alabama
Basketball: Kentucky
Major sports combined: Florida
