In the 80's there was a car dealership named Landmark Chevrolet, everyone in the city called it Land shark Chevrolet because of the way the sales guys circled around you in the parking lot. Customers would do the jaws music when they saw the salesmen heading their way.

Saturday Night Live did multiple skits of the land shark long before it was ever introduced at Ole Miss. Look up Gilda Radner or Laraine Newman.

Landshark is Ole miss. Id rather it be associated to a former Iraq Vet/Sec football player than a car salesman like the Aggies are asserting.
