A star college basketball player at Bama takes a gun at 2am which is used to commit a murder. "Nothing to see here. He's a great kid. Two people are dead, but oh well, wrong place, wrong time". Miller, Oats, and all you that supported this will get yours one day. It wouldn’t matter what Miller did, cure cancer, he would still be guilty in the eyes of our rivals due to their hate of Alabama.
The police and Auburn grad DA have said he is nothing but a cooperating witness, but again, due to their hate of Alabama, he is guilty!
There is really no reasoning with people blinded by hate. Let them have their play time until they move onto another shiny object.

He didn’t face charges because he was that dumb university’s hope at a national championship in a sport that isn’t football .Not the first athlete to get a special privilege. Sick world. Mean while Jamea's thug bf, whose the father of their baby, was a no show for the preliminary hearing.
He's been in and out of trouble his whole life.
Got in the driver's seat, circled the block looking for Davis.
Had a golden opportunity to leave the area. But his pride was hurt. He had his gun as well. He spotted Davis, pulled in, lights off, behind Miller's car. Shootout began. Jamea's in the front passenger seat staring at the shootout, is shot dead.
Davis and Jamea's bf are 2 thugs that ran into 1 another on the same night.
Both should receive a lengthy prison sentence.

Davis wasn’t the only “thug” though. Miller was there too. Again, spin it how you want. Miller didn’t pull a trigger but he’s involved. He knew his boy needed that gun and why he needed it. Bad things happen. See it all the time. 99% of the time the innocent get hit because people can’t shoot worth a dang. Had miller not have brought the gun to his boy, maybe it wouldn’t have happened. And why was gun hidden with Quinerly afterwords. Bama’s whole basketball team is cringeworthy. Glad they lost

Davis suffered a shot in his right shoulder and wore a sling in court.

This is the part that I don't get. Miller "didn't read the text", but his intuition told him he needed to head up there for one reason or another........at nearly 2 a.m. in the morning.
