Actually LSU is now building a 100,000 seat domed stadium for this exact scenario. It will cost $800 million and will be destroyed immediately after the game because we don't give a frick.

Went to a Bama and Arkansas game some years back where it was delayed an hour or so midway through the game because of a downpour, but yeah, never have I seen a game canceled.
