Well yeah but when the tie breaker is a head to head it works itself out and frankly the losing team doesn't have a legitimate claim.

Multiple (3 or 4) undefeated is a different category of problem

Yup - hence the rest of my post.

I think Texas is for real. However, we’ve been telling Texas fans that the SEC grind will be their biggest challenge. Yes, I watched the Miss St game and my take was State was like the old Boxer who wasn’t going to lay down. Texas finally KO’d State in 2nd half but if you are honest you know you underestimated State.

Kentucky is real. I don’t want to play Georgia again. They’re tough as nails. You will have to play flawlessly to have a chance. Arkansas is tough and they hate you. A&M will be a classic I’m predicting. Winner? I say pickem.

And finally OU, your biggest rivalry. They have an awesome defense and their offense is starting to come around. I’m taking the Horns to win a close one.

PS: don’t sleep on the Gators

So, will you go undefeated? I doubt it. I see 2 loses.

You should ask Ole Miss how this is going to turn out.

You're in the SEC now even though you can't tell it from your schedule. You're not getting out alive.

Absolutely Texas underestimated State and had one foot out the door to 6th street and the upcoming bye week!

And Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, I know Texas has only played one SEC conference game.

And that was against the SEC's Sister-of-the-Poor, Mississippi State. You led only 7-6 with seconds on the clock before the half. So what if you eventually won, 35-13. Should'a been more of a butt-beating, don'tcha'think, Longhorns?

Just wait till you mess with Vanderbilt in Nashville!

Probably win the national championship. That goes for any zero, one or maybe two loss team at this point.

By that standard you lost to Bama 28-0?

The same thing that happens if any team still in the playoff hunt 'wins out'.

They're national champions.

What a stupid arse question.

Aulder,
The question isn't about national champions, the question is about dadgum, old school, SEC nitwits not accepting that an outsider team can ever be competitive in the hypocritical SEC.
I know reading is difficult, but please give more effort. Sound the words out if you must.

But what happens if Vandy wins out? Sure, they two losses, but they'd have four wins over top 15 teams (and three of those top ten) and a close loss to another top ten team.

They'd likely make the playoffs and then go on to win the national title.

$8.99 at Wal-Mart. With all that money, perhaps it would be a good investment.

OP - what you are asking is if the SEC will respect Texas after we whoop every arse in site all the way to an NC victory.

I think you no the answer to that question.
