What good coach would want to follow Saban at Alabama

Seriously, the expectations at Alabama are unreasonable most of the time now. Saban suffered two losses and they lost it. IMAGE A 3 LOSS SEASON RIGHT NOW...talk about a meltdown

Right now, my expectations are... significantly lower.

What good coach would saunter into a program with limited facilities, limp dick alumni and zero NIL initiatives over what Saban has left behind in Tuscaloosa?

No one.

I agree. I would like to be the second or third one. Lanning is young enough to wait for that day.

Sorry I think the next coach is the rebound coach. No reasonable coach is going to want to follow Saban

Alabama, get ready for your Ron Zook

Kiffin may be the only one arrogant enough to be able to handle it. It's really a tough hire to make. You're not going to improve your program. You're not gonna find another Saban, so go with the anti-Saban.

Anyone who has the stones to do it and confidence in themselves and the tradition is who I would want

Hmmm... Get paid millions of dollars, loaded roster, fertile recruiting, top notch facilities.

Seems like a great job to me.

That position is going to be much harder to fill than they realize, especially since Saban didn’t give them any heads up.

Don't kid yourself NIL took care of that use-to-be-loaded roster. LSU fans said the same thing and so did Flordia fans

Bout to get portal raided. Not to mention Auburn now has its own relentless recruiter to battle against.

Loaded roster, great facilities, fantastic support.

High expectations.

Yeah….guess you want scared coaches at the helm of your program. We don’t, been there and done that.

Coach will be in place in 72 hours. Just because you didn’t hear about it doesn’t mean that was the case with UA
