Somebody already posted about the Oklahoma onion burger so I'll keep it simple and enter a perfectly cooked ribeye into mix.

My sister and her husband drove through Ohio. They told me it was flat and boring.

That's an odd thing to say, since there is only one in the metro area, and it's way down in McDonough.

For Bama, I would say our famous fried crab claws.

As many times as I’ve been next door, never even heard of these.

Offended? More like expanded your sensibilities. Skyline Chili is one of a kind. That “spice” is a crucial component to the recipe. It stimulates your mind and broadens your perspective on foods.

I’d rather eat a cauldron of primordial ooze than Skyline chili. It is the most vomit inducing substance known to mankind. And by the way, Ohio is one of the shittiest states in America. Cesspool.

Don’t forget your Smith County watermelons. They are the best in the world.

They really are.

I’ll add fried misssissippi catfish, hushpuppies and fried okra. Simple yet iconic and delicious.

Arkansas is a top four catfish producing state.

I recommend Catfish Johns in Rogers.

Not sure about that but I do know that you can sub Greek yogurt for recipes that call for sour cream and/or mayo. Try it on a small portion to check for taste clashing.
