The tests say that 4x the needed amount to kill a tree was used. That must a fairly large dose.

From his initial, phone call to the PFS, he said he went back after the bame...so that would have been over the Thanksgiving weekend when the town was fairly empty, right?

Apparently the bagman is one scary individual. Everyone is afraid to talk about him by name.
I mean. We know for a fact that Cecil Newton was shopping Cam. He wasn't mumbling to walls the entire time. There were people on the other end of the line. Did that man own a bag of some sort? I'm not sure. It doesn't really matter, Auburn cheated and didn't get caught and karma took away their trees. Seems like Updyke was just a conduit for right and wrong in the universe.

I keep hearing he's broke, but he's a retired Texas state trooper. Shouldn't he have a pension that could go towards a fine?

They said from initial test about 80-100x's the amount needed per tree, but also said because of the length of time before testing that it could have been even more

No

I doubt it, probably in the middle of the night, but I dont think it's ever been said when

2 years ago...i know you're new and maybe if we remind you enough you'll catch on, but these issues have been hashed out.
You're bringing up a Trans Am from 30 years ago for a player that never suited up for A&M, then getting defensive and saying the issues with Cam Newton have been hashed out?
Damn, Auburn fans are hypersensitive.

This is a popular way to make new friends with the anti AU masses.

Was it the middle of the day, or is this just turned into lore much like us pressurewashing the trees or lighting fire to them.
Also he kind of looks like a groundskeepers so it's quit possible that anyone passing by wouldn't think "hey this guy might be poisoning a tree" becuase thats not usually where my first logical step goes.

Naw. I dislike the Crimson Tide way more than I dislike the War Eagles.

If it didn't cost taxpayers so much to keep someone in jail, I'd say send him to jail for a couple months just to make an example of him, but I think there are some more creative punishments where the public doesn't have to foot the bill for this worthless idiot.
Make him do things like clean up the Auburn campus after tailgates, or clean up Jordan-Hare. Anything where he has to be in Auburn and not Tuscaloosa on gamedays and where he can't watch bama games. He'd need a bodyguard and the judge should rule he has to pay for that himself.

When will Texas A&M get theirs for trying to buy Eric Dickerson?

Guess you missed the NCAA "hashing it out".

I brought nothing up, and i find it rich when someone as defensive as you calls others sensative.
It's a garbage line to try to give you some leverage to say you're handleing it...but really we see it for what it is, a cop out.
As for hashing it out, i was refering to the plethroa fo threads on the issue in 2010-2011.
You're not too bright are you (since we're jsut throwing around garbage lines)

But, if I'm not mistaking it is granular and nontoxic to birds, bees, fish n etc.
So to say he is lucky it didn't kill anything else. Might be a bit premature.
I'm not sticking up for Harvey. Just saying, there is a bunch of info that people don't have and people are assuming a lot.
