You're an irrational person.

ETA: inb4I'mDefendingHim... Just saying his prior "felonies" don't really hold water.
Yet it does hold water when it concerns a former AU QB and an incident at Florida.... Interesting.

I think a fine, a lot of community service in the auburn area, and house arrest, and being banned from Tuscaloosa and auburn after the community service is completed would work.

quote:Sure. He was making a simple point to those that are saying "they were just trees" by demonstrating that every painting is not the same in value/importance, every document/piece of paper is not the same and every section of poured concrete is not the same. As such, neither is every tree. It was pretty easy to follow and understand.
Correct me if I'm wrong,
In no way did his comments suggest that he thought the tree's or Alabama's WOC was of the same significance as the DOI or the Mona Lisa.

The only defense is to question/attack whether his actions meet every element of the crimes he has been charged with.
Exactly. The folks who would get up in arms if they found all the elements were not met in the instant case are the same ones who would be hugging my neck if the State could not prove actual physical control on their DUI.

I see a lot of punishments involving the City of Auburnor the campus itself.
Am I the only one who doesnt want him within 500 miles of Auburn, Al.?
If it Comm service...let him serve another community. I dont want him doing anything in, on, about, around, under, over or near Auburn.

I read where some thoughts were to make pens out of the trees when they die to sell to Au alum. Make him take a woodshop class, his expense. Then make him fashion each one by hand for Au fans.

If he's being watched, I doubt he's going to do anything.

That only gives him more attention and makes what he did even more long lasting than it already will be.
I just want him to slip away into oblivion. I want him to be KAiser Sorse
Buying some chunk of a dead tree immortalizes his actions.

true, but it makes me happy and in my own narsisitic way...id rather be happy than him feel like he is being punished.

Okay, that's a fair argument. At worst, Auburn should take him to small claims court and he should have to go to Pike's Nursery and buy a few oak trees to be planted in their stead.

You would've had better luck with this bait on page 2.

Good idea, but the damage is over $3000 and as such it is over Small Claims abilities...I know, what a pain!
