Good post Old Sarge I even smiled a little. Just like clockwork one of the most ignorant posters on this site shows up. This is the guy that claimed last year the Aggies would own Texas for the rest of time. OU was a dead program after the TX loss they were going to be lucky to finish top 50 in recruiting for the next 100 years, LSU was poor and that somehow meant they would lose more football games than the Aggies...blah blah blah your incompetence and knack for being completely wrong is astounding but comical.

I like the "anything goes" aspect of the board

I can engage with SEC fanbases I would otherwise never meet in person.
I can learn about SEC lore and tradition.
I pick up news topics to talk about with my SEC fan family members.
I sometimes set the record straight with a harsh tone.

I like to talk about football. Sometimes I find that I can do that. Most of the time however it is just pitiful. Way too much trolling here and too many folks trying to look cool or trying to be like the popular kids at school. Honestly, I don't know why I even bother sometimes.

I thought/hoped the creation of team boards would solve the problem of all the chest thumpers self promoting their own teams here. For the most part, they provide no SEC sports dialogue at all. And between the dumb & getting dumber trollers and the circle jerkers, this board has been reduced to the IQ level of drunken college kids. Since you asked.
