I like to go to a meat market where I can buy bacon wrapped jalapenos and stuff like that this already prepped and just throw it on the grill.

I usually have the thrilling seared cattle flesh of victory, or the bitter seared cattle flesh of defeat.
i.e. Either grilled burgers or steak, they just taste better when we win.

Jambalaya one week, smash burgers one week, gumbo and chili when the weather gets cooler. Red beans and rice, smoked wings. Lots and lots of liquor.

I generally smoke a butt and make rotel dip. Beer of choice is Chimay red for the first half and Chimay blue for the second.
