Forget the inbreds , their whiney fan bases and girly mascots.

I’m sure as frick not letting that mutt breed with my Brangus.
I’m not sure how you missed that farm and ranch sexual relations class at that ag school you attended, but you’ve really got no worries about Bevo the Steer’s ability to create little Bevos…
Even we “sips” know that…

We’re kinda stuck with them, aren’t we…? To make it a little more bearable around here, I thought I would at least try to teach them more Bevocentric manners…

Everyone knows that Louisiana is the weirdest “conservative” state on the planet…

I actually respect y’all’s War Eagle…other than Bevo, the best mascot in the SEC…
I seriously believe that War Eagle and Bevo should join forces one day…together both strong and noble mascots could take out the rest of the SEC…

At least the last 3 Bevo mascots have been provided by ranchers John & Betty Baker. I believe one or both of them attended A&M or they have some affiliation there. Nonetheless the Bakers are gracious hosts and work closely with the Silver Spurs to make sure a healthy and trained Bevo is at various games across the country every year.

A prior Rant poster who identified himself as an aggie stated that an aggie couple actually owned Bevo…
But since you asked, I looked up and learned more about Betty and John Baker of Liberty Hill, Bevo’s owners, and see that Betty actually went to UT and was a twirler in the Longhorn band. I did not see any school affiliation for husband John…do any of you aggies or Longhorns know more?
See:
Betty and John Baker of Sunrise Ranch in Williamson County own Bevo

Apparently her husband and son are Aggies. Those are some interesting facts. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, since they have been ranchers for years, not surprised there are aggies in that family…I have some South Texas rancher aggie cousins myself and we get along well, excluding aggie / Longhorn game days…

Texans are merely inbreds with cowboy hats and Wrangler jeans.
