That banner is pretty slick. My family has a bunch of stuff with the "elephant through the A" logo lying around. I'm quite partial to those items.
My favorite piece as far as personal meaning has to be my helmet. I had one of those "full uniform" things when I was a kid. The only thing is my dumb arse decided to take the numbers off of the helmet one year for some reason.

1994 National Championship T-Shirt. Was a rif on the Larry Bird/Michael Jordan McDonalds commercial...into Charlotte, off the backboard, nothing but net!
I've had to stop wearing it due to wear and tear, but I will never get rid of it!

-I've got a gold pin that has
Sugar Bowl
Beat Clemson
on it from the 1959 Sugar Bowl(stole it from my dad)
- a "magazine" (no ads, but it's magazine size) that covers the 1958 championship season. It has copies of the game previews, game recaps, pictures and the whole AP top 20 week-by-week for each game as they appeared in The BR Morning Advocate throughout the season. The cover on it is purple & gold but everything inside is black & white (stole it from my dad)
-LSU Mini helmet signed by Billy Cannon (he wrote 1959 Heisman under his name)
-a program from a 0-3 LSU loss at Notre Dame that my dad's buddy from work brought me (10-1 ND vs 9-3 LSU/Tommy Casanova vs Joe Theismann)
- Bama pom poms that I traded a female Bama fan whatever tee shirt I wore to the game in 1977.
-I had the Game day "Beat Florida" tee from the only game LSU lost in 2003 (I gave it to a buddy who's a Florida alum here in Dallas)
-Just to be an jackass I'll tell about one more item that isn't LSU related: A "magazine" (no ads, but it's magazine size) that covers Mickey Mantle and Roger Marris. It is one my dad bought in 1961. It has their stats through the All Star break that season. It's got pictures of them with the other Yankee players they played with and guys they played against with quotes about them from those guys.
I've got a ton of other non-LSU stuff I will spare you guys from hearing about.

My golf card signed by Bo Jackson after me and my brother finished 18, and got to chat with him while he was putting on his spikes at his car.

1) My ticket stub from my first ever game in Rupp (in '97 against Notre Dame). Loved that it had the 1996 Championship Trophy on it.
2) A napkin signed by Adolph Rupp that my paternal grandfather (whom died when my Dad was 16) kept.
3) Signed/Framed Wesley Woodyard pic. One of my favorite Cats to take the field.

I have that exact same banner...I call mine a throw. And it is currently draped across the top of a recliner in the family room.
That's pretty funny that you'd post this 'cause the one I've got is probably 22 to 25 years old.
yeah, mine has GOT to be at least that old. I'm 30, and I don't remember not having it. Cool, I was wondering if anyone else had one.

I also have the obligatory Coke bottles (still filled with Coke, or what used to be Coke) memorializing Bear's win total.
I have these as well. I also have a autographed football with prothro, freddie roach, palmer, and some others on it that a friend got me for christmas.
I need to send it to a friend of mine that works in the UA athletic dept. She said she could get Saban and others to sign it for me.

My grandfather got 2 weeks off from the war in '46 and was sent to California and couldn't make it home to AL because it was to far/expensive at the time.
He had always wanted to attend the Rose Bowl and see the parade. I still have his ticket stub, the program, a Rose Bowl book he bought and an "Alabama - January 1, 1946 - Rose Bowl" pin. Pretty cool stuff as I never met him. He was stationed off of Japan when we dropped the bombs and all those guys eventually died of cancer soon thereafter.
Ala beat USC in their first Rose Bowl that day and scored about as many on the Trojans that were scored all year.
The program is signed by Harry Gilmer,Clem Gryska, Vaughn Macha (sp?) and about 10 other players. Bear Bryant signed it later when my dad ran into him in the 70's. I doubt many have an item signed by Bryant and Gilmer.
The Namath chin strap is awesome!!

I have the State paper's front page the day after both baseball national championships framed and signed by Coach Ray Tanner. Sits on the mantle.
That and a panoramic view of Williams-Brice Stadium from the kickoff of Spurrier's first game here in 2005. It is autographed by Sidney Rice, Syvelle Newton, and a few other players from that team.

-A replica Herschel Walker jersey that he autographed that is framed and hung in a massive, nice shadowbox. Probably the most expensive single thing I own.
-I found the AJC from the day after we won the NC sitting in a barn. I cut out the headlines and pictures and the final poll and had them framed and matted.

I've got an Auburn flag that flew at my family's tailgate throughout the entire 2004 season, 2 old practice tearaway jerseys from the 80's, and a roll of toilet paper from Toomer's Corner from when we won the National Championship. Plus tons of programs and other stuff that you can buy in stores.
