the new emphasis/how officials make calls are going to keep a lot of bad teams in games this year (it already has). it makes it way too easy to get calls and get to the line. then if the better team has a bad night at the line and the lesser team has a good night, the game will end up being close.

They threw quarters at a team a couple seasons ago. Seeing as their FB fans like to throw bottles and batteries, it's not too shocking that it carried over.

In fairness, we did this during Haith's first year here with Nestor as well. Haith (like Pinkel) tends to pack it in and play to not lose at the end of games.

This is going to be the narrative surrounding this team all season.
They are just inconsistent. Lapses in judgement and decision making.
It will be a roller coaster for Mizzou fans this year I think. I thought that there was no way that we make the Tourney but I think we may just sneak in after all. Mizzou will be Mizzou's worst enemy all season.
