By this point in the season no team should be highly ranked unless it has actual wins against good teams. Sure, a close loss to a very good team shouldn’t drag down the ranking too much, but graceful losses shouldn’t get you ranked to begin with. Only wins against good teams should do that. We are halfway through the season and ND’s best win is over a 3-2 Boise. Until it beats a top 30 team, ND shouldn’t even sniff the rankings, much less at 16.

The "impressive body of work" commentary at the end is going to be nauseating. Do they even play another ranked team? 2 losses should automatically kick a team out with that schedule. An argument about 2 loss ND vs a 3 loss SEC team getting in would be laughable.
They had a bad loss last year then had to run the table to make the cfp with 1 loss. Fine...had no issue last season. But with 2 losses already and that remaining schedule? Shouldn't matter if they win 50-0 the rest of the way.

Yup. I remember being dismissive of what the Udub and SC Trojans boards said about him, and now it's all starting to come to fruition. Well hopefully without the sauce though.
