State's first team defense gave up two field goals

You gonna have your first team out for the entire game?

Thats not true. Byu is giving up 4.11 per carry.

There are many links in this thread. You are trying to prop up a 80th something ranked defense as a win in the argument of why your rushing stats are off??

Are you suggesting that MSU will hold you to their average and MSU will average more than what you are allowing? Thats your logic.

Idk y'all let La Tech average 3 yards a carry including a fricking -87 fumble.

3 different players averaged over 6.

And that was La Tech.

Not my team, but its a little dishonest to try and lump stats of the 4th string (in The whole of the 4th) to the stats of starters.

We've played 20 freshmen this year and get all our starters back. Our second and third stings have given up the most of the yards and points. Only 3pts has been scored on the first team. They are faster and bigger than what we have had in a while. This defense will be a top ten defense this year as long as they stay healthy.

The offense has been a pleasant surprise, it's not your daddy's three yards and a cloud of dust offense. Ms St better be ready to run. We do have a young O line, one of the sacks was given up by a freshman guard. But they have size and will only get better every game.

If Ms St wins this game it will take everything they got to do it and LSU plays flat.

You know, I was telling a friend just today how reasonable MSU fans are, how they're content with being a solid but not high-level SEC team.

And here you go posting this stupid shite. So now you're just below Bama all of a sudden?

Lsu is a 13 pt favorite on the road. State's win total in Vegas is 5.5.

The end.

Who has been sacked a few times by NONE ELITE talent at sub par schools in this new offense you are beginning to brag about.

OMG a QB got sacked a few times!!!! It's the end of the world!!!! That's it, season over!!

Do you think before you post? Your Oline is your weakest position. I don't care that they haven't allowed a mobile QB to be sacked by non existing defenses. None of those teams have anywhere near the speed and power that LSUs defense has. Fitz will be sacked SEVERAL times in this game. Your running backs are average at best. Your receivers are decent but not outstanding.

It's going to be a good game and a relatively close game.

All the bullshite on this thread is irrelevant. Both have played shitbox opponents with no one showing their playbook. If state can stop the run and Fitz can be consistent then it looks good for the boys in maroon. Thread over! now can someone start a new one with freeze and his hookers

i'm still not seeing my question answered because people are getting mired in meaningless stats. who here actually thinks state is going to score more on aranda than canada does on state? how likely is that?

You are either trolling or delusional. Not sure which. Lsu is a 13 point favorite...it won't be that close.

You guys forget Vegas has y'all at 5.5 wins this year, and a significant underdog at home. Beating two bad teams doesn't change that
Lsu has much more talent and will need to play poorly for state to have a shot.

So you are taking a 5.5 won team that is two touchdown underdogs. To win straight up. Nice. You could make some jack off that.

Chump teams we've played? We've both played chump teams so far but I'd put BYU over both of the teams State has played. Ring your stupid little cowbells all you want but we're going to beat you like a drum Saturday night. One of these years you're going to quit buying into the early season grind and just accept the inevitable.

You're 6.5 pt fav. You corny dogs will be in for a rude awakening come Sat night. Our D is night and day from what it's been the last few years. Just get ready for the crying to begin, about Orgi needing to being gone.

One person on Tiger Rant said LSU was a 13 point favorite before the line came out.

Its 6. And you've won the last two by a combined 5.
