Lawrence is every bit the man as simmons.

As for the LBs, Key is a returning All American (expected back for Saturday). Phillips was the #1 inside LB in the country and Chaisson was the #1 rush LB/DE. D White is a load at MLB.

In fact no body in the country has recruited better than LSU on the defensive side of the ball these last two years. Not bama, not auburn, not flordia, not ohio state, not Michigan or any one else.

Fitz passed for 2,423 yards and 21 TDs but, more impressively, rushed for 1,375 yards and 16 TDs.

And managed to absolutely jack shite against LSU last year and had to be pulled from the game.

And we will still be facing Danny Etling. Also, I'm not preparing for anything. I'm quite sure our D.C. Knows a lot more about your offense and the best way to defend it with his personnel than you do though.

The same Etling that passed for 63%, 215 yards and a TD vs STATE under Les Miles.

That's a very average stat line. That's also against a much different defense.

I just have to laugh at the underwhelming knowledge from State fans.

A hurt Etling that had to have surgery in the offseason still beat them and is now 100% and under a new offensive scheme but frick all the facts

Is there anyone in the conference that would willingly trade quarterbacks with you? Maybe Kentucky? Your roster is full of talent but Etling is a mediocre qb that has a distinct advantage of being surrounded by a bunch of 5 stars.

And Fitz was 12-24 for 120 yards vs LSU last year.

But like YOU GUYS said, last year don't matter... Does it? I cant keep up with you guys anymore.

Yall can improve by LSU is just stagnant.

I know its not good enough to be favored against LSU anytime soon. Why you so mad ? You dont like being the underdog to a great program?

Danny Etling's QBR of 189 is in the top 10 in the country.

Is he a top 10 QB?

What's fitz's QB rating? Didn't see him listed.

Certain players have a ceiling. Danny Etling is limited physically with what he can do. If you can't see that I don't know what to tell you. No one is scared of him. They are scared of what he is surrounded by. If you put any starting qb in the conference on LSU's roster they would be just as good and most would be better.

So you think people are "scared" of Fitz?

They are certainly scared of his running ability. He was the 2nd leading rusher in the conference last year. He's someone that teams game plan to stop. I don't know why it bothers you so much that your quarterback is just average. You still have a great team and that's because of all of the talent surrounding him and on defense.

Well you may not be aware but we have seen Canada in action before and he failed so miserably against States D he got fired immediately.

But past history means nothing, isn't that right tiggers?

I am going to love watching LSU crumble this season.

It starts Saturday.

By the time you play bama you will be begging for Saban to stop.
