Williams gets a lot of extra charge calls because he has a good sense when somebody is out of control.
In slowmo you can see it wasn't a charge but at full speed it always looks like the offensive player.

Arkansas fans and people living in the state as a whole are of general low quality. They don’t care about low quality degradation of the game as long as it benefits them.

You have no idea what you're talking about. Refs study the tendencies of these players. If their colleagues are awarding a certain player a lot of charges then there is bias going into the game to give that guy the benefit of the doubt. They don't want to deviate from their peers.

Arkansas basketball fans in general are more knowledgeable than most SEC fanbases, because we've been caring about it since the 1970s. Plus we aren't bleeding vags like LSU basketball fans (and their coach).
