is there anything more pathetic than complaining about refs before the game starts? Grow a pair, gheesh.
There has been a trend the last few times AU has visited Coleman. No complaints as I think AU fans have just accepted the reality of playing there.

They managed to get Kessler into foul trouble in two minutes when he played over there.

Alabama friends of mine agreed that the home town whistles were a bit over the top in that game.

It's the reality of playing on the road, not Coleman. Everyone gets calls at home.

I’m sure you’ll be happy to admit when Bama gets favorable calls in the game thread tonight.

I'll be attending. Taking my old neighbor, an Aub fan, who hasn't been to a game in years. Should be a good game regardless. I think we'll be hard pressed to win as I really like this Auburn team. I think the inside players will be more than we can handle. But I won't come in here tomorrow blaming the refs if we lose when you guys are really good.

Oates seems to have our number though.
I'm just hoping for a split with Bama this year.

Enjoy the game. There should be a good amount of Auburn fans there. Should be a great atmosphere.

There's always 2500 or so Aub fans in Tuscaloosa. Seems like they buy the seats up high right when they go onsale. Good many Aub fans live over that way though, good chance to see them play.

Georgia has been surprisingly good this year. Why are the Dawgs so much better than last year, with pretty much the same roster?

Sneaky big game in Gainesville, too. UF is a clear bubble team, State is a tourney team right now but not terribly far away from the bubble. Both teams could really use this one.

Your win over Tennessee is the difference. State needs to win this game to stay off the bubble, Florida needs it to stay on the bubble.

Last year in Tuscaloosa:
Flanigan, J-Will, and Broome all fouled out and Cardwell had 4. The year before in Tuscaloosa Kessler fouled out early. No one else had 4, and Cardwell had 2. In the return game at Auburn Kessler still had 4, and Auburn hung 100 on bama.

Last season was the more egregious of the two. Fouls flip a little when the game is played in Auburn (not a surprise, of course). They do get the whistles more at home when they play AU, but I think it has more to do with their style for the most part.

This season, from the best I can tell, AU hasn't had a player foul out since KD went out against Virginia Tech. Broome fouled out against Baylor, and Chaney Johnson went out against Notre Dame.

Since Bruce has figured out the rotation AU has done well managing fouls against everyone they've played.

Let's see how that holds up tonight. The depth helps, for sure, but fouls could very well mess with the rotations.
