I’ll make no excuses for Avery or try to defend him for this seasons inconsistency. He did a damn good job tonight. It’s his 2nd year with his players and they pulled a win at the Dance. That’s good enough for this football fan.

Can't wait to watch Bama vs Nova, but hope it's a big upset. Gotta wake up at 11 in the morning on a Saturday to watch it on Cbs.

Most Bama basketball fans are stupid as hell.. they actually know nothing about basketball... they think it's football with five players and "why can't we beat everybody by 2 tds?" So what we lost 5 games and made the tourney on a last sec shot.. we're hot right now and even tho young, we can beat ANYBODY. Bama is exactly the kinda team that can beat Nova.. They look like the best team in college basketball at this point. I saw Alabama play at LSU (close game) and thought they were the best team I had seen in the SEC. Avery is a good guy and I'd prefer him coaching the Pelicans to Gentry. Anyway, good year for Alabama basketball.
