We were quasi rivals the ten years Spurrier was here and, to a much lesser extent, when Muschump was here ... but I agree, other than the SEC East years, there's no hatred connection.
Georgia and South Carolina have played more times than any other UGA opponent other than UGA vs UF and UGA vs Auburn .... so UGA's three should probably be FL, Auburn and SC.
If so, that would leave SC with UGA and ... after that I honestly don't know who. UT perhaps, and then no clue. Arkansas maybe?
It's all a clusterf**k.
UF, I would think, would have to play UGA, Auburn and UT maybe?
UT would have to play Bama, UK and Vandy.
Bama ... UT, Auburn and ... no clue.
LSU will get Bama, ... A&M maybe? I dunno.
Ole Miss would have to get MSU and Vandy and then ..... ???

Mizzou ... no idea whatsoever. Probably SC for the Columbias thing but it really shouldn't be that way.

I think a lot of people on here forget just how nasty LSU and Florida can be and have produced some epic games in college football lore.

This is the first piece of the puzzle that has to be decided.
A - Who will LSU play as their Thanksgiving opponent?
1 - Oklahoma
2 - Arkansas
3 - Mizzou
4 - Tulane or OOC
If LSU plays anyone not named Oklahoma..
B - Who will Oklahoma play as their Thanksgiving opponent?
I think LSU will play Oklahoma, but until this is decided, it’s impossible to create the rest of the puzzle. Think of it like a Soduku puzzle.. see below

I don’t think that’s true. Until 2002ish didnt each team have two permanent cross division rivals? And Florida had LSU and auburn. Auburn had Florida and Georgia.

State and Bama have played every year since 1948 and started playing in 1896 and have played 108 times. They are less than 90 miles apart and the game was known as “The Battle for Hwy 82.

Bama definitely needs new rivals after the butt raping they gave LSU, Tennessee and Auburn the last 16-17 years

Agreed, needs to be Jawja, Barner, and University of LSU.
Free Shoe U and Myamuh need to be permanent, but we know that an annual date with the Canes won’t happen unfortunately.
The big push by the NCAA is to get big non conference games and with 9 in conference games ADs from smaller schools want that money and are going to be losing it. That is going to be the big issue no one is talking about yet.
Guess Bama and Jawja are going to be throwing fits about that.
