Of the teams that could/should win, who has the most to gain from the tourney? Is Tennessee close enough that they could slip into a 1 seed?

The Committee has let it be known that they don't put a lot of stock in conference tournament play outside of automatic qualifiers and teams on the edge of the bubble.

They don't have time to redraw the entire bracket on Sunday when you have to worry about things like geography, separation of conference teams, avoiding re-matches, etc. The brackets will mostly be set by the weekend regardless of what happens.

Wondering who gets the boot in the bracket if one of unexpected teams wins the conference tournament... If a team not in yet gets the AQ.

I was making a joke, but as you are aren't the brightest crayon in the box I imagine that just whizzed on by you. Bless you.

If things get much worse we might miss this tourney instead of the NIT

I get that, but a team could move up or down a seed. Right now, Tennessee is a 2.

Can Tennessee do enough to move to a 1 seed? They have a solid end of the season, finishing with 4 ranked teams (they're currently 2-0 in that stretch).

I will be pissed if the Vols win it. I want one game then empty the bench.
