Losing by 7 on the road to a team who finished in the top 10 is the best you could come up with?
It’s game 12 in the season and he ran the last 4 minutes like a middle school coach. A phantom PI gave him a re-do..
6-7 season and losing the last 3 in a row which includes Vanderbilt?
Good luck on your next coaching search in 2 years.

Fla will be better this year.

He’s rebuilding it’ll take time but his recruiting is light years ahead of Mullen and Mac so at the very least we’ll have a great roster if we indeed move on in 2025, he’s not going anywhere after this season or next.

BN miss used him or the guys paying him millions of dollars are stupid?
Both?
Before this season, two of the last three QB's to go top 5 were Zach Wilson and Trey Lance and they drove off with a brinks truck too. Please do not misconstrue this to mean I am defending Napier. He did an awful job last year. But there is a reason shite teams draft first and make QB mistakes year after year. They have people making dumbass decisions.

That was an objectively good team with 6 draft picks (3rd most in the SEC), including the #5 overall that was their QB.

The criticism of his in game management from last year is absolutely valid but he had a shite storm team otherwise from what Mullen had left.

Also, the last few years of Mullen basically had a team of me-first individuals. Napier is trying to get them to play as a team. That takes time

We had no depth at DL and our QB sucked. He was the worst performing top 5 pick in college football history.
If you think that was a good team, I don't know what to tell you.
Not to mention our best players were transfers Billy brought in or recruits in his first class
Montrell Johnson - Transfer from ULL
O'Cyrus Torrence - Transfer from ULL
Ricky Pearsall - Transfer from ASU
Trevor Ettienne - Billy's recruit

I’d be more concerned about the bowl game if I were a Gator fan.
That was a complete embarrassment.

We know what we have with him and quite frankly, everyone else should be worried.
Bwahaha
Heupel coached circles around that loser, with an even more depleted roster.

I guess we will have to wait and see, to this point he has won as many championships as say coaches like Brian Kelly.

You kicked a field goal with under a minute left just to avoid a shutout.

Once again, down 2 scores and ran that last 4-5 minute offense like they were leading or down just one score
