Could you look at anybody in the country with a straight face and say “Arkansas through Oklahoma are better than Tua led Alabama” or even start with Auburn? No. There are about 4 teams in the entire country that pose a threat to LSU and 2 are from Alabama and the other 2 just played eachother.

LSU's toughest opponent was Auburn. Then UGA, Bama, and OU. . .in that order.

Georgia. Easily.

Georgia record vs current ranked AP teams: 3-1
Alabama record vs current ranked AP teams: 0-2

Georgia record vs teams with 8+ wins: 5-1
Alabama record vs teams with 8+ wins: 1-2

Sorry. Alabama just wasn’t good this year. Healthy Tuna or broken Tuna.

It’s true. I would think it all season, that this wasn’t their best game....now they have just gone HAM here at the end

Offensive snaps when leading or trailing LSU by 7 points or fewer this year
Florida: 69
Auburn: 50
Arkansas: 21
Mississippi St: 19
Georgia: 16
Vanderbilt: 14
Alabama: 14
Ole Miss: 11
Texas A&M: 5

Statistical analysis shows Alabama was somewhere between Vanderbilt and Ole Miss this year.

Every game they seem to be better in all phases. It is pretty nuts to think about. They will probably be better than they have been all season, vs Clemson. Jesus. . .

Thankfully Clemson has God on their side so at least we have a small chance.

You’re actually correct, after Auburn every team was progressively worse.

Auburn
Bama
Florida
Georgia
Texas
Oklahoma

When Texas was healthy early in the season, they were better than Oklahoma.

We just played like shite in the red zone against auburn. The fact that one has tua and one has freshman no nix.

Tea would have beaten auburn

Nope. Not in the slightest. Putting up stats vs cupcakes this year was not impressive.

87% of their yards (473 to be exact) came when they were down by two+ possessions vs LSU. Garbage time.

I wish bama would have gotten in. Demolition day 2 of inbred university would be glorious.
