Look the moral victory stuff is stupid from both ends. auburn fans talking about 58 minutes is pointless, but it does serve a very very small purpose when you bams talk about how much auburn sucks.
Aside from that I have to ask. Do you think any of the part where bama looked bad and played bad was in any way attributable to auburn. Or is the only way bama can lose is if bama beats itself?

Look at the drives. You had one huge run that accounted for 1/3 of your yards. There was a blatant hold by a WR on it that wasn't called. I give Au props for 3 big plays, but outside of that, the offense and the play calling were terrible, as attested to by so many 3 and outs. Your defense came through and kept that game close.

Can you blame Auburn for not being too upset for losing?
We played our best game of the year after losing 4 of our last 6 games. Is it sad? Yeah. But you act like if Alabama team that was 7-4 had almost beat a 11-0 Auburn team that Alabama fans wouldn't be saying the exact same shite.

We aren't an amazing offense. That's really what makes it more impressive. With little true talent, especially at the most important position, we were able to score points on one of the best defenses in the country. If we had even a good QB who didn't miss WIDE OPEN receivers we would have won with that "high school offense".

I'm not belittling. Just stating an opinion. I don't understand why yall are so hesitant to admit that the Auburn defense is what made that game what it was. If Auburn hadn't arguably played its best game on defense, it's doubtful Auburn would have been within 6 points at the end.
