We went 8-4 last year and are good at pretty much every sport though?

I disagree with you. 9 is ceiling, 7 is the floor.

Personally.... 6-0 in your first 6

better defense

Nope. Actually pretty much impossible to be better than last year

LBs and DBs looked good. Dline is average. Lot of talent on the D side we will be ok there.

Offense is lacking a QB. Schrader has potential but hasn’t adjusted to the speed yet.

KT is Fitz 2.0 without the great running ability. He can run decent, but his passing is pretty bad.

Receivers are nothing special but looked better

Oline looks solid. RBs are our strength. If we can dominate and run the ball and just have an ok pass game we can still win 7-8 games

We had a great Running game last year but didn't use them hardly at all. And it doesn't look like Moorhead is changing that. That spring game was a passing clinic.

If Moorhead makes this a pass happy team we go 6-6 at best.

We have a favorable schedule and enough weapons to do better but not if we rely on the pass.

Moorhead hopefully makes the adjustment or he gets on the hot seat. I’m ok with pass heavy offenses...in 2-3 years when he recruits and develops the right players for it

MS ST was beast last year. I can see you being about as good and maybe even AS good with any Offensive help which keeps the legs fresh on the defense. Your DT seems maybe thin, but the 1s are solid. Rivers and Spencer are no jokes.

I think he has. He won't start, but if Ms St had to play him, I don't think it would mean losses. I just don't think it would mean +1 wins. So let him red shirt.

KT over Mayden simply due to leadership. Mayden doesn't seem to have a 'voice'. I don't see them being worse than Fitz in passing, maybe a bit better.

Yeah.... I think he is a different runner. I don't think he will be as effective in this system either.

I'm looking at your TEs. They have to be used this season.

Over all, you should stumble your way to 7 wins. You will have to earn the others.

you gotta keep defenses honest, otherwise you let teams like south alabama beat you... you go 5-7 and pray for a lucky invite to a bowl because there are 47 bowls.
