There are many higher 4 and 5 star busts especially at QB so they better get the big money out of high school before top teams realize they can't play that good.

A court has ruled that the NCAA's Five-Year Rule, which limits when a college athlete can compete, may violate antitrust laws, particularly in the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) era. This ruling, which is part of ongoing litigation like the Patterson class action lawsuit, could force the NCAA to change its policies, potentially impacting roster limits and transfer regulations. The NCAA is also considering a new "5-in-5" eligibility.
Here's another article about it.

Court is expected to pass that a player can play 5 years in the NCAA. NJCA does not count.
Teams are now going to end up with talent staying longer and thus, not a lot of room to recruit.
It then becomes a race for transfers and the high school players will get the shaft.
Depends on how much these 5th year guys demand compared to recruits. Will be a cost benefit. I will be interested to see if the 5th year guys or the recruits start lowering their price to get those limited spots. Maybe recruits will have more of an incentive to lower their initial demand since they know they will have an additional 4 years to make money and prove their worth. The 5th year guys might be less likely seeing that this is their last chance to get NIL money if they are not expected to make the NFL. If you have not gotten to the NFL by your 5th year, you might be a longshot.

When are they going to 105 man roster? Did the court order plans include teams going to 105 teams rosters?

They are busts playing at a high level, but may look amazing at a lower level.
Similar to studs in college who cannot make the jump to NFL successful.
Those NFL busts got paid after looking amazing in NCAA. These 4-5 start potential busts might look awesome in D2 and then get paid going into D1.

Not sure on that. I think seeing players at Group of 5 level will tell you if they are likely to be a bust at the top of power 4 unlike high school tape. 4 and 5 stars are so much better than a typical high school player and makes it much harder to evaluate.
