You guys actually think you are recruiting well with Freeze. You had one good year where you had some good fortune, to be honest. Those players will be leaving after this coming year, and you don't have a qb this year, and no running game. I think you finished what, 7th or 8th this past recruiting class.....yet you are making up all this ground....lol Oh, and you lost 4 games this past year, and think it was elite....that, in a year where LSU, Auburn, A&M, Arky, and even Bama weren't what they traditionally are. At LSU, Bama, Auburn, Florida, and Georgia this is considered a disappointing year. At Ole Miss, this is considered elite. Just ask Bo Bounds.
These guys talk like Ole Miss recruits great. They average around 8th or so in the SEC over the four previous years, yet they are somehow closing this gap on teams that recruit better than them.....it blows my mind.
This REBAC guy is a joke. He was on here LSU week guaranteeing that LSU couldn't even move the ball on LSU, much less score. Said LSU had zero chance to win the game, and that the Ole Miss defense might be one of the greatest ever in the SEC.....so, take that fwiw.
Here's the deal with Ole Miss. They have a shitty offensive line, and no running game to speak of...now, they won't have a passing game to mention either...they have a 1 good OL, and a really good WR.....other than they they have no offense. On defense, they are light, and were exposed. This team literally lost 4 games last year, finished 7th in the conference in recruiting, and got the shite beat out of them in their bowl game, and yet, they think they are something special. It's fricking amazing. They literally haven't won shite in any decent sport in over 40 years, maybe 50...yet, you hear the same shite every single year. These kids actually believe it is different THIS TIME...as have the kids for the last several decades...
OM is a joke in sports....literally one of only 2-3 teams in the SEC that hasn't done shite in any sport for 50 years...even STate went to Atlanta. OM is the bottom team overall in the big three sports, in the SEC...based upon accomplishments over the last 50 years.

This disappointment has happened for decade after decade. Each new class to Ole Miss believes they are on the verge of turning things around. It was the same with Nutt in 2008 and 2009....these kids actually believe this. They refuse to look at the reality that they are finishing on average around 7 or 8 in the SEC in recruiting. THEY believe they are elite. They lose 4 games and call it elite. Even when losing this past year, it was their best year for both them in MS State to do something. LSU was down, Auburn was down, Texas A&M was down, Arky was 6-6, and even this wasn't a typical Alabama team. LSU, Arky, and Auburn will be much improved this year, as will A&M probably....Alabama will be Alabama....I could easily see both Mississippi teams at the bottom of the pack where they belong.

Ha! We will have the best qb in the west next year and the best receiving corps. Our defense finally has a competent coordinator and loads of talent on the d line. No, either you or state will retake your rightful place at the bottom. I'll but $100 down right now that says we win at VH next year.
