Nick Saban
Jimbo Fisher
Will Muschamp
Derek Dooley

Wow. That's assembling a staff.

Bama now has Nick Saban, Kirby Smart, and no Derek Dooley, so advantage Bama.

I'd go Muschamp over Smart though.

Pretty sure that Frank Broyles had a great staff at Arkansas at some point in the 60's. And although not part of the staff, I feel like it's worth mentioning that Jimmy Johnson was part of that team.

New York Giants once had Tom Landry as O/C and Vince Lombardi as D/C

LOL. Alabama fan tells someone else to quit talking about a "hayday" (btw, its heyday). His first post in the thread was about how great their current coach is.

In 1969, the year we played Texas for the championship, there was a pretty good staff. Broyles was the HC, with assts. Hootie Ingram, Richard Williamson, & Fred von Appen.

Jimmy Johnson played on the 1964 National Champ team. Asst. coaches were Johnny Majors, Bill Pace, Barry Switzer, & Jim Mackenzie.

Damn that's a pretty solid staff. It's really too bad your piece of shite fan base can't engage in a reasonable conversation

I'm sure there has been, but that is pretty sick. were there any GA's on staff that ended up doing anything?
