Walton made intentional unwanted contact with Fagan.
That is a misdemeanor - simple battery in Florida. He is a low life boor typical of those associated with UF. He may be fired and face civil penalties as well.

A coach who is in position to assist student athletes in their future endeavors should conduct himself in a respectful way
He seemed like a little boy who was upset that she did not want to put her hand up because maybe she felt he blackballed her sister
No matter what a 20 something year old college student can make mistakes in judgement not someone paid to look after them and make sure they do not make such mistakes
