Pittman could be a good hire, but he's never been a HC before. Still, it isn't like Arkansas had many options that actually wanted the job

Arkansas can't recruit like LSU. I'd almost be willing to bet Arky has never out recruited LSU since they joined the SEC. One or twice in 26 years at the most.

I don't know if this is gonna help Arkansas or not. But it definitely hurt Georgia. So I love the hire.

We hired a 56 year old dline coach. I think our value is better than the 7-5 million dollar man.

This is a very Arkansas hire. Basically this one of those, lets reconvene in two years and try to make another hire.

Should have called up old Joe Kines. Prior Bama and Arky interim HC experience and has spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out that little inside trap thingy.
As an added bonus, he has his own down home country yaw-yaw that is second only to big O.

Ohio State has a 70 year old co defensive coordinator and Larry Johnson is 68. High level coaches.
