If this guy can be ready by Oklahoma, y'all are set. Pearson, Pig, Smith, Malone, and North are a great top 5. If they step up, things could get crazy.

So much depends on our oline not being as godawful as they were last year. They're the weak link. Can they open even a seam for Hurd and Kamara? Last year, Hurd had to knock over linemen and drag people to gain any yardage whatsoever. I'd never seen a line so bad that every yard gained came from the RBs personal effort but that's how bad they were. And can they give Dobbs enough time in the pocket? He was rushed out of it when we saw him and able to produce plays despite it but for our WRs to really fly Dobbs can't be running for his life all the time regardless of the big yards he can pick up. Hopefully between Dobbs' ability to make defenders think twice and a year of experience of training the OL can give us something resembling a pocket from time to time.

So a no prosecution by the DA is the standard for the vols? Pretty low bar isn't it?

You don't know much about the legal system do you?
If a DA's office decides not to prosecute, then it means that after examining all the evidence (which they have done for about three months), there's not enough to even support a simple finding of probable cause. It means that after studying the file, the DA has decided that there's absolutely no way in hell they would be successful in bringing charges.
But yeah. Low bar. Sure.
