Yeah, the team that demoted him and then fired him is committed to winning also.
The ONLY reason he was hired is because he was a Tennessee alum who (along with Clint Stoerner) led them to a NC. If he's such hot shite, why did it take almost two months for him to get another job...and then only at his alma mater in a significantly decreased capacity than his previous job?

SC blew out the whole offensive staff. It was the only way Clay could keep his job.
Tee is a great recruiter but can't coach. No one improved under him at SC.

My understanding is that he is an ace recruiting coach who is in demand. His name is coming up more and more.
