Georgia hasn’t seen a WR with Hyatt’s speed this year.
Anthony Schwartz ran 10.07 100m in the state finals in high school.
Jalin Hyart is 10.46 in the 100m.
Wrong again, Flanders.
Edit to add that eric stokes was 10.39 in high school.
Tyson campbell was 10.15 in the 100m.
I couldn't find his 100m from high school but DJ Daniel is 4.40 and 4.42 in the 40 yard dash at camps.

At one point I played HS football for Nick Hyder. (Look him up. He was one of the greatest of all times in Georgia) One of his favorite things on game day would be to gather the team around him and pray (devout Christian) and then yell "When the breaks go against you, what do you do?" and we would yell "Pour on more steam!" he then yelled, "When the breaks go for you, what do you do?" and of course we yelled "Pour on more steam!"
Sorry. I know this was totally uninteresting to most on here but your post brought back some very good memories of a man that is greatly missed. He had a tremendous impact on my life.

Compare both of their stats in high school. One can catch one can’t. Lol

While your at it compare their 40’s at the opening.

Highest-graded power five WR groups:
1. Alabama - 86.8
2. Tennessee - 74.6
3. Ole Miss - 74.1
4. VA Tech - 73.1
So that's a no on you being able to provide the PFF grades for Mizzou and USCe. Two of the best defenses in the league

Hyatt’s 100m was his freshman year.

You make the claim that he is the fastest.
You link it.
Imo, campbells 10.15 is a faster athlete than Hyatt. 5 star cornerback doing 5 star things.

seth williams

Wk2: 3 catches 34 yards 11.33 avg 0 TDs.
De'vion Warren
Wk1: 1 catch 28 yards 28 avg. 0 tds
Wk2: 4 catches 100 yards 25 avg 1 TD
Do you want to guess which week they played UGA?
As for #2 receivers, you seem to forget that Auburn has anthony Schwartz and Arkansas has treylon burks.
As I said, everyone has receivers.
They just look a lot different after playing UGA (foreshadowing for Tennessee's offense?)
Yes...Georgia did a great job at shutting down the most productive receiver on each of their first two opponents. I was just saying that UT has more depth at receivers than their first two opponents.
I didn't "forget" about Schwartz and Burks. Neither of them have >15 catches for the season. Burks did light Georgia up, so that is a good point.

Wrong again.
It was spring his junior season and he didnt top it his senior season as he got bigger.

Lol. 2 games in with 1 of them against UGA.
You are a fruit.

He did take advantage of a bust (49 yard TD). If you want to pin your hopes and dreams on a bust, go for it.
Richard Lecounte made up for it with 2 INTs. He's kind of our troy polamalu (he breaks assignment as an instinctual player. It frustrates QBs and OCs because he breaks their "good looks" but it can also lead to him being out of position when wrong)

Half his yards and his TD came on a busted play

I’m hopeful, but not optimistic. I consider myself a realist. I just want to see us field a competitive team. I want to limit stupid mistakes and turnovers. At the end of the day, VOLS don’t have the depth, QB, or front 7 to beat UGA. I wouldn’t be surprised to see an upset, only because we get them between an emotional win over a “Top 10” team and Alabama week, but odds are slim. Fortunately, slim is better than the odds I felt we had the last few years.
Also - I would not be upset to see Mashed and Switch disappear from the board if we lose ... but I won’t, regardless of outcome.

The Vols are coming along just fine. You are right. You are light years ahead of where you were two or 3 years ago.

I hope you are right, but I don't expect that. I am hoping for 10-14 point win and would not be surprised for a 3-10 point win, and dread that if we aren't ready it could be an embarrassing upset.
