Those WW2 era programs are great, the '45 Sugar Bowl is classic
My grandfather was a WW2 vet and went to UA on the old GI bill. He was always a bit resentful of the players during those years, called 'em "a bunch of 4-Fs"

It's easy to relate to how veterans felt about men that didn't fight but were still fit enough to play football.
Anyway, I may have some more from that time period, I'm not sure. If I do, I'll post them as I go through the collection.

A lot of those later Alabama programs are clean and have magazine flair like you’d see in the 70s and 80s. Wish I’d knew how to import images correctly then I’d post mine.
