Once may be happenstance. Twice? They're clearly being coached to do this.
The player should be kicked off the team and the TPOS O-Line coach fired.
Eta: This is actually the third such occurrence. Day engaged in dick stomping twice, IIRC.

I think he was just trying to pick himself up from the ground and his ankle just happened to be the push off point..

We were warned before the start of each game in high school by the refs to not use the opponents body to get yourself off the ground. This was back in 83'
