I just watched that video... I'm really not sure if this guy is a fan of Texas A&M.

Texas has more traditional black schools than any state in the nation. East Texas alone has about six.
Tech, Texas, Baylor and A&M all have low numbers of AA for their size because most black kids in this state who go to college without athletic scholorships go to the "black" colleges.
