Well when people say the same stuff over and over with very little substance to back it up, there's nothing we can do besides be defensive and say nothing's going to happen

The only thing that was stupid (assuming the guy believes his sources) is saying something like they'll be next. You can never predict when the NCAA will get around to doing anything.
