Every team has a weakness, among their strengths. Right now I am very worried about Beede. He has a good record but is losing command over his pitches. It is getting worse, not better. I hope he corrects it in short order or we may be in some trouble. So I definitely would not characterize us as the best team right now. Perhaps it is your Tigers or one of the red hot Carolina teams. But then, that is why we play the game. Regardless, our record has been hard earned.

Maybe LSU should trying scheduling a competent OOC schedule and leave their own state.

I said after last weekend that Vandy is the best all-around most complete top to bottom team I have seen in years.
Congrats to Vandy ... and if you break our record, then you deserve it. It'll just set the bar higher by one.
Honestly though, in this conference, I never imagined anyone ever getting close to our record, yet it appears to have only lasted 13 years. Amazing.

They have had to deal with certain fans in the west so long it is rubbing off. Last few years in general I have seen more negativism from LSU than I can ever remember on the Rant. On the positive side it does not seem to follow through in real life and in person LSU fans have always been cool to hang out with.

I've had the opportunity to watch most of the top teams play this year and IMHO,Vandy was the most impressive.

Right, blame your AD. He does the same shite in basketball, guy is a major pussy when it comes to scheduling and needs to grow some balls.

Who said you shouldn't? Just don't bitch about Vandy having a few more losses if they were in the West when their schedule is nearly 20 spots higher than LSU's.
Just because your AD is a pussy doesn't mean it's okay to rag on Vandy who actually plays teams in the OOC.

You realize we are talking about Vandy's SEC schedule, correct?

Vandy's SEC schedule has combined 20 wins less than LSU's. And Vandy gets the benefit of playing all of Auburn, Tennessee, Georgia, and Missouri.
