Not throwing shade. Just think it is an accurate perspective on their program as a 1st year SEC school with poor Big 12 performances recently.
And watch out what you ask for in Manning unless you are focused on developing for NEXT year. I think there is more downside to upside playing him right now. Sark would screw himself.
Yep play arch and prep for next season. Let him make his freshman mistakes this season. We're not winning shite with Quinn. Anyone who thinks otherwise is blind or has never watched a football game. I'd rather start working for next season and let the kid learn now.
We could win out with Arch or we could go 1-3 the rest of the way. I'd still prefer to have a guy who can hit a receiver beyond 15 years and force defenses to have to defend it.

That is why Texas and Ewers have issues. Good SEC DLs cause MAJOR issues. This is why I knew Vande was a victory for Texas. But not the coming games on their schedule.

Lost in A&M beating LSU, they lost to ND who lost to NIU. That can’t be wallpapered over for me, just yet.
I’ll give A&M props for Elko who seems like the real deal.
If they bench their QB for this Marcel character for good, then I’ll worry.

Did we watch the same game yesterday? I watched Quinn go 17 for 17 and throw some nice deep balls.
I also saw Vanderbilt get pressure on Quinn. I saw them get a shot on Quinn with a 3 man rush. I saw our OL kill or last 3 offensive drives with a holding penalty on each of them.

Well, unlike our coach, elko doesn't seem to be concerned with hurting a QB's feelings if it's what's best for the team.
Sark would rather prove how smart he is than do something like that.

I think there is so much parity for the first ever we can’t accurately judge wth is going on. I don’t know that they are or aren’t bc everyone looks the same. Uga looks better than everybody but they even look a hot mess at times.

Arkansas can be a dangerous game for them... depending on which Arkansas team shows up for that game. The team that lost a knife fight to A&M or blew out poor Moo State can be deadly. The team that handed the game to Okie Lite and sleep walked their way through LSU gets blown out.
Against A&M... this could be a no kidding once in a generation shot for the Aggies. Handle their business leading into Texas, beat the Whorns, and no matter what happens in the SEC Championship game A&M is going to the CFP. You get in just once and its a lot easier to get in again.
A shot at all the marbles and the first game in a long time against the hated Whorns... A&M might choke under the pressure... or they might come out and play like their tails on fire.

ND is still #12 in the nation. Our loss to them plays better than your win over 3-loss Michigan who still has to play Ohio State, Oregon, and Indiana.

He’s doing just fine. He had a rough 2 games. What you’re trying to do is use him as a scapegoat for other issues that need addressed. Like Sark said yesterday
