He told VolQuest insiders that yesterday. Maybe he didn't want BS rumors flying around about him that were made up by Vol posters on a message board, so he squandered them.

I see what you are saying. However, he didn't confirm the rumor. He denied the rumor. A bit of difference.
He could have just said no comment as I'm not talking to the press until after the 5th.

That's correct. He denied the rumor of him "visiting UT the weekend after his announcement", that the Vol insiders started on their message board.

Kidding of course. He just called about the details of the commitment. He may have called UT and AU too for all I know.

I just read were he denied the Aug 6th visit to UT. Outside of that, it's been a week or so. I'll check the warroom tomorrow morning to see if there is any new info.
From what I've read Auburn is out and it's a UF/UT battle now.

this is what is on VolNation. It's by a poster that supposedly works in the Athletic Department. The only commit that I can remember him being wrong on last year was Gabe Wright, but he reportedly told multiple schools and recruits he was committed to their school. Make that two....he said Dawson was a Vol the night before but had the info changed before Dawson flipped to USC.
The VQ crew seems to just say they like where TN is at I believe.

Every UF insider is leaning towards UF now and has been for months. VolNation and VolQuest insiders are known to be bad among their peers, as well as many Vol fans.

Depends on who you consider insiders.
I will be interested to see what Hubbs has to say tonight on the War Room. He is not the type to reach on that stuff.

Not only that, but what Jason Pughe has said as well. The man knows what he's talking about and handles the Carolina kids when it comes to recruiting.
