8 wins and he stays.

It's too damn hard to replaced a good HC that runs a clean program, keeps his players out of trouble, has made efforts to bond closer to his players, recruits near the top 10 consistently, who has an AD that really likes him, and is facing the toughest schedule in the league this season with a green QB.
He stays no matter what the record is

Gus is about to go 11-1 and get him another big ole extension.

At aTm, at UF, at LSU, UGA, Bama. If he goes 11-1 they will give him the damn school. Unless the 1 is Bama.

Auburn should really shock the world and grab Amos Alonzo Stagg.

Not sure about that one... He's rumored to be paranoid and not trusting his coaches to do their job.

Well, if he doesn't trust his staff, it's his own fault.

He hires guys like Rhett Lashley & Kodi Burns (who were in their late 20's when Gus hired them), Carnell Williams (37 yrs old and zero college coaching experience), Kenny Dillingham (28 yr old?). These guys have little to no college experience and none in big league programs.

Auburn's coaches are paid top 5 salaries, I'd think those guys would love Gus to death for no other reason than they're making bank at a young age and they basically have no prior college coaching experience on their resume.

Yep. He doesnt make confident decisions like a big time coach. Gus coaches a team. Saban runs a program. That's the difference.

You're using the term coaches pretty loosely
