But he never directly promoted the direct sale of any product that is sold in the store, so try again? And link to "at the very least"?

Doesn't look like much to me either, but this store owner doesn't come across as the sharpest tool in the shed, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a tad concerned something big may come of this.

Again.. where did DJ Hall have NCAA issues. Saban has been very proactive in sitting players when there was a question of eligibility with the NCAA.

Not many if a couple of the au posters keep whining.
Get the chance to do what they want and still whine.

If you're still sticking with becuase it ran on sports center as part of your why it's different, i have to remind you that at the time it ran on SC we were still going to lose to bama. And of course that handicapper had us losing to ole miss by like 25 (could be wrong about that timing...those were dark days for me and watching anything but live football...insert head in sand comment here)

I rephrased it.

Any way we can get a more original nick-name than "Suitgate"? I know you have a way with words and can come up with something clever and descriptive that doesn't borrow from "Watergate" or "As the World Turns."

I was just taking from your fellow Auburnies. I will do that for you, WDE. Any suggestions, or do you trust me to my own devices?

I don't think that is permissible, but I could be wrong.

I'm pretty sure it's permissible. Someone posted the by-law in the thread that got wacked. There's a whole lot of teams that dress the team's out in suits for events. No way all these kids are buying them.

The BIG question to me, is that actual game used merchandise

The jerseys, helmets were not.

Why would so many of them give away Jerseys, Gloves, Helmets...

The jerseys I've seen in there are Nike replicas, not official game worn stuff. Helmets didn't look game worn either - no cuts, numbers were perfect, etc.
