Where do young people go to hang out? The mall. They have a good relationship with the owner. He gets signatures. So what if he says, "hey, when you get done...come have a signing at my place"? That type of thing happens everywhere. This wasn't a tat shop where dope was being moved.

I would venture to say that the "'Bama Memorabilia For Display Only" thing just got put up since the C&D letter. But it is available at the Kiosk for sale
