This seems like a sad response thread.

Brennan is a good QB, nothing I said was false. If he is 3rd string on this team then the other 2 QBs are definitely solid QBs. I guarantee you Max Johnson wouldn’t be the starter had he stayed

5 star freshman Walker Howard and Nuss can sling it. Jayden getting start due to experience, wouldn’t be surprised if one of the other two finish the season

Daniel coming into this thread with all his accounts over LSU's third-string QB. That is desperation.

Serious question although I doubt there will be a serious answer with flaming, but how many QBs do we need? We have a pretty highly recruited backup in Nuss who’s shown a good but of promise along with a 5 star in the previous class as the third string. Do we need like 5 previous number 1 QBs to have a solid QB room?

Brennan knows he wasn't going to see the field. It's certainly good to have a reasonably ready backup, which LSU has with Daniels/Nussmeier. 4/5-star freshman as the third string gives enough depth. No one from LSU is worried about losing Brennan.

You could see the writing on the wall since last year. I still don't understand why people were holding onto the hope that he was gonna start.

We tried to tell Sidewalk that, but he would point to his stats against Mizzou, Vandy, and State.

Darn. I’m an Alabama fan but that’s kind of sad, considering how long he’s competed and all. I hope he reconsiders and transfers to a place he can play this season.

That’s what I’m thinking as well. A guy who’s last year is this year and would have been the third string QB does not mess with our QB room at all.
