Let’s add the fact that it kills American juniors now that pro players not American will be the ones taking every roster spot.
It’s not against the rules because the coach’s will do what they can under the rules that are given them.
Thats what Kiffen did.

I am saying now is the time to just end it all. We don’t want pro players in any sport. Make it a clear distinction. There needs to be a standard.
And if the SEC tells us we can’t play them, then we won’t.
Personally, I think they need to sort out football and basketball before they start tackling sports like tennis. It’s currently a giant cluster frick.

Green Bay? What a dump. Almost as bad as Baton Rouge. Almost.

Fwiw… and for other lsu fans throwing out these straw man deflections/arguments… it looks more like desperation than it does to support your schools’ position
The way SEC has handled whole issue is making people sympathize more with lsu by the day.. myself included
Lean into owning it, people would respect lsu’s situation much more. I think we all know what’s up.
SEC went off the rails though and it’s concerning how they have handled the whole thing

Now is the time to just simply make a simple rule. I was able to pay for travel expenses only out of prize money. They are taking scholarships out of hard working American juniors. This is an example of some seriously good players.
You also can get some guy from South America that goes and tries to make it is not good enough so then has a connection to a coach somewhere and goes to college.
These coaches also actively recruit literally recruit at pro tourneys and offer a better world
Is that not what they are trying to say Kiffen did (go and recruit guys that were already pro).
It really needs to be fixed and in my opinion be across the board. Should be done by a national body that create a standard then each conference can choose on its own to raise the standard to whatever they want
This is literally how they already have in place worth grade requirement across the board.
This is a breaking point and time to do it.

Needs a national standard make it fair for each conference at a starting point/minimum then the conferences can do their thing.. I am saying this for the love of college athletics.
What a great time to do this. We have all been watching it crumble for the last few years.
This seems like it could be the time everyone has been asking for to get some control back and make the standard an even playing field

I have no issue with that. We need clarity from the ncaa. Unfortunately they are clowns.

This is the way. Handle it now . Key would be to somehow find a way to take the conference agendas out that each conference or entity involved has
Have a true entity with no agenda except for making clear rules and starndatds with no agendas.

While they are at it limit the number of foreign players on rosters also At the very least if they are foreign let them be 18 year old kids not some 24 year old from another country
