UNC and the SEC....

Sources tell me FSU and Clemson to the Big 12 is very likely. SEC targeting UNC and either UVA or Virginia Tech. UNC is the prize.
A&M scout board's mod.....was on top of the SEC stuff before even the infamous Liucci. Of course this is only saying they are being targeted, which is far from a done deal, but snagging VT and UNC would be a hell of a haul.

There are very few scenarios where I see UNC leaving the ACC.
They are nearly as upity about academics as the Dook contingent.

while I would be incredibly happy with UNC....

IMO Duke is irrelevant. Once Coach K resigns, Duke will more than likely fade away, possibly to a level of say a Vanderbilt. Not awful, but certainly not a school to wrap a conference around.
UNC rules the state of North Carolina.

I think NCST is the almost guaranteed fallback option if/when UNC doesn't come.
I'll be shocked if the states of Virginia and NC aren't both represented for teams 15 and 16.
Hopefully VT is locked in, from a football standpoint they make the most sense of any of the 5 possible teams from those 2 states.

If we get NCSU I will be sick. That's almost as bad as one of our recent additions.
