I think what can sway the game in UGA's favor is if your defense can create a turnover to swap field positions or even score. That can suddenly swing a game when a defense gets cranked up and even puts points on the board. If this happens, the ensuing offense drive for LSU will be imperative.

Our problem on defense is that we do not finish plays. We get a little pressure and seem to let the qb escape more often that not, and the coverage eventually breaks down because the QB just has too much time. This is why we consistently make mediocre qb's look better than they are. Fromm will certainly complete a few passes against us, because that's just what we do. How many big plays he can pull off compared to how LSU's offense is clicking will determine if it's a close game or not.

So we're only focusing on 1 game out of 11?

Because it’s a common opponent and UGA played auburn in November. It’s more relevant to the OP than any of the other games you mentioned.

No it isn't.

Common opponent comparisons are for the most part useless. Teams game plan differently for different teams. Transitive property is meaningless.

The only way to say that comparison is relevant is if you're desperately trying to use a 1/11 game sample size to prove something about the game in 2 weeks.

Don't worry, your time will come.

It is. It’s the best defense LSU has played and UGA’s is better. Also, the OP talked about UGA games in November and UGA played auburn in, you guessed it, November.

Seems like UGA is do for a breakout game against LSU. I hope your team comes out with the same mentality as you corn holes. No way UGA beats us, and then they do! Then the following day when you are at the committees mercy, you bitches will be saying, well we lost to the best team in the country.

UGA is #5. Without the LSU game, UA/AU/UF would be either 6/7/8 or 7/8/9.

Splitting hairs a bit with your game against LSU still pending.

Fortunately for UGA, GT is close to the worst offense in CFB (and outside the top 80 on defense), so you'll be able to pad those stats one more time.

Aggy is #21 in total defense, so LSU will get one more decent challenge against the offense before heading up to Atlanta. They are also slightly ahead of UGA in total offense, so we'll see how that goes as well.

GA couldn't score if they was at the park in a van playing barney offering free candy.

Didn’t seem like much of an issue vs Proot and the Vols

Haven't scored over 30 in 2 months and Fromm has completed less than 50% of his passes in 3 straight games. This is worse than any offense LSU had under Miles. Everyone else is moving forward and UGA decided to go back to the 80's.

I think if Fromm returns for his senior year he's a moron. His draft stock tanked this year because of lackluster WR's and play calling, and he's still a potential 1st rounder. Why would he want to subject himself to another year of Coley and the same WR's? Another year with this cast and Coley and he might not even be a 2nd round pick.

Well that's because our offense wouldn't put them away. Our defense did enough
