You would be correct sir, but its 3rd best all time with Alabama's 2017 class being 2nd best all time. Kirby did a great job of recruiting top recruits at needed positions. Our defense took a big hit with attrition this year, but look at how he countered that with recruiting. Yes they are only recruits and still have to prove themselves on the field, but when you upgrade to bigger, faster, and more athletic across the board you are expecting at least not to much of a drop off
