This is true - Winispedia doesn't consider the final rankings of the teams in their various categories. Winispedia does tally the top 25 teams with the most wins in college football history, and Georgia has played more games against those teams than LSU.

Winispedia also goes by claimed titles, isn't consistent with vacated results, and has incorrect wins/losses/ties for several programs.

There are disputes as to records within rivalries (Florida and Georgia is a famous one). This is part of the fabric of the game.
I also, personally, do not GAF about vacated results. What a meaningless sanction. Nevertheless, it's pretty damn close to the games each team has won on the field.
If you want to present something other than a Google doc, I'd like to see it.

There are no prestigious programs any longer. All the rule changes have turned college athletics into a circus.
